Why do we grow Orange Bourbon?
Orange Bourbon is a very high quality coffee, with citric notes, thus making it an interesting profile to place on the table when offering to clients. Its orange fruit is uncommon in El Salvador, making it a rare and scarce variety, not only in the country but the world. Because of being so rare, pickers are not used to it, making it a very difficult variety to pick and process.
