Geisha is a coffee variety that originated in Ethiopia. It is considered to be one of the best varieties in the world. In its cup attributes, it is known to be very aromatic and floral. Its demand has increased over the years. It was first imported into Costa Rica and then into Panama, where it adapted beautifully to the Panamanian soils and gained all of its popularity.
Why do we grow Geisha?
We have recently started planting the variety to be able to offer our clients something different and special on the table at the time they come to origin.
Production capacity: between 10 - 20 quintals per manzana.
Tree size: Tall.
Location: La Siberia and La Fany.
